Define training evaluation strategies to solicit continuous feedback from managers, learners, and facilitators, to ensure validity, effectiveness and application of content.
Provide support in designing Training Evaluations.
Manage budgets and deliver training projects within specified timelines and scope.
Iterative development process with established reviews and seeking approvals through-out the review cycles.
