Blended Learning Curriculum

Organizational Need

Restructuring at the organization resulted in a significantly decreased facilitation team. However the need to maintain or increase training remained. In order to meet the training goals, a new solution needed to be implemented.

Penya Solution

Design and implement a blended learning curriculum. Provided employees with short bite-sized elearnings. The self-directed learning was followed by facilitated training sessions which included hands-on and simulated training. The blended solution ensured employees received the right level of training, and facilitators worked within their capacity – hence avoiding burnout.
